Description

The TSSU-27-08D-2-HC from True is an insulated sandwich salad food prep table that provides colder product temperatures, lower utility costs, and exceptional food safety. Moreover, this model uses an environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant that has zero ozone depletion potential and less global warming potential.

This unit has stainless steel drawers with heavy duty slides and rollers and an 11-3 4 removable cutting board. The entire cabinet structure and drawers are foamed-in-place using a high density polyurethane insulation. In addition, stainless steel is used for the interior that has an aluminum liner and exterior which includes corrosion resistant GalFan coated steel back.
