The TSSU-48-08-HC from True is an insulated sandwich salad food prep table that provides colder product temperatures, lower utility costs, and exceptional food safety. Moreover, this model uses an environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant that has zero ozone depletion potential and less global warming potential.
This unit comes with two positive seal self-closing doors, an 11-3 4” removable cutting board, and four adjustable heavy duty PVC coated wire shelves. The entire cabinet structure and doors are foamed-in-place using a high density polyurethane insulation. In addition, stainless steel is used for the interior that has an aluminum liner and exterior which includes a corrosion resistant GalFan coated steel back.
